Salvage Work: Rough Mermaid

I made this rough model for a larger piece, and now I'm wishing I'd spent more time on her face and on properly glazing her tail.  Still, each model helps me with the next.

Dream Vision

The other early morning I had a very vivid dream in which my (late) father called to say that he and my (late) mother were having a fine vacation and would be home soon. I'm grateful for that one.
