Heavy fog near the ocean end of the river.  Harbor seals hauled out on the sandbank.  I decided not to get closer.  Why chance disturbing them?  (I've been close to harbor seals before . . . .)

Turning away from the seals and the sandbank and heading upriver . . . .

Heading around Penny Island with some sun and just a bit of fog lingering as I move inland even a few hundred yards . . . .

After cruising past the cattle to the first bridge, I turn around and head back downriver and toward Jenner there in the distance beneath the shreds of fog.
