Point Molate paddling: low tide and breezy, so a definite workout.
I had such a tough time launching across the mud -- knee deep at times--that I opted for a long walk back along the shore, carrying my board, when I finished my paddle. My arms will be sore later. My back is already complaining.
Vitamin Ibuprofen, the patron saint of getting-back-in-shape, for me.
Sunburnt, dehydrated, and sore of muscle: next time I'll plan my entrance and exit better, take the tidal conditions more into consideration, carry water (even for a short jaunt, for this one grew longer and more arduous than planned), and slather more sunscreen.
Still, a good outing.
