Monarch Butterfly
After weeks wrangling this creature from caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly, here we are.
After this photo, the butterfly flew out of the enclosure, up, and away!

Tinker's Last Day
September 5, 2025.
Pulmonary issues had become too great, too painful.
She was one of the sweetest cats I have ever known.
These photos were all taken this morning, Tinker's last morning.
Oddly enough, today I found out her original kitten name was "Flame".
My father-in-law adopted her, called her "Stinker" for a while, but then shifted her name to "Tinker" and "Tinkerbelle".
She certainly grew into Tinker and Tinkerbelle, my regal beastie.
I will miss her dearly.
